1. We will ship your order within 3 working days after receiving payment.
2. Then it takes about 2-4 weeks for international flat rate shipping or 1-2 weeks express shipping for the parcel to arrive.
3. The tracking number is only used if the package does not arrive in time as it can flag the shipment if you track it while it is in transit. If the package has not arrived 5 weeks after the customer placed the order, we can track it for the customer.
